Accessibility at BranchDaily

A clearer, calmer experience for more people.

BranchDaily is designed to make daily life easier to understand and manage. We are committed to creating an experience that is welcoming and usable for people with different abilities, needs, and ways of processing information.

Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we design, test, and improve both the BranchDaily website and app.

Our accessibility commitment

We want BranchDaily to be easier to read, understand, navigate, and use.

We are working toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines help organizations create digital experiences that are more accessible to people with a range of abilities and accessibility needs.

BranchDaily is still being developed, so we do not currently claim that every part of the website or app fully meets these guidelines. We will continue identifying barriers, improving important workflows, and learning from user feedback.

Accessibility is an ongoing process

Our goal is to make thoughtful, practical improvements throughout the life of BranchDaily—not to treat accessibility as a one-time checklist.

How we are building a more accessible experience

Accessibility influences the way BranchDaily is written, designed, and built.

Clear, everyday language

We use familiar words, short instructions, and supportive language to make information easier to understand.

Calm, consistent layouts

Pages follow predictable patterns with fewer distractions and fewer competing actions.

Readable content

We use readable typography, comfortable spacing, clear contrast, and manageable amounts of information.

Keyboard access

We are working to make important actions usable without requiring a mouse or touchscreen.

Screen-reader support

We use meaningful headings, form labels, button names, and status messages to support assistive technology.

Touch-friendly controls

Buttons, links, and interactive controls are designed to be comfortable to use on mobile devices.

Cognitive accessibility

Designed to reduce unnecessary mental effort

BranchDaily was created for people who may benefit from more structure, fewer distractions, and clearer next steps.

We aim to make the experience easier to follow by reducing visual clutter, limiting competing actions, using predictable navigation, and breaking larger tasks into manageable steps.

  • One clear next step at a time
  • Short, supportive instructions
  • Predictable page layouts
  • Familiar language and recognizable icons
  • Gentle reminder language
  • Clear confirmation before important actions
  • Optional features that can be turned off
  • Trusted support without taking away the individual’s control

People experience accessibility differently. A feature that helps one person may not help another, so BranchDaily aims to provide flexibility wherever possible.

How we review accessibility

Accessibility cannot be confirmed through automated tools alone. As BranchDaily develops, we are reviewing important workflows through a combination of automated checks, manual testing, and user feedback.

Automated checks

We use accessibility scanning tools to help identify structural, labeling, and contrast issues.

Keyboard testing

We review important workflows to make sure they can be reached and completed using a keyboard.

Assistive technology

We are working to test key experiences with screen readers and other common accessibility tools.

User feedback

Feedback from people with accessibility needs will help guide future improvements.

Known limitations

BranchDaily is still being developed, and some areas may not yet work perfectly with every browser, device, accessibility setting, or assistive technology.

Some parts of the experience rely on third-party services, such as account authentication, email delivery, hosting, and platform tools. Some accessibility limitations within those services may be outside BranchDaily’s direct control.

When we identify an accessibility barrier within our control, we will review it and prioritize improvements based on how much it affects a person’s ability to understand, access, or use BranchDaily.

Experiencing a barrier does not mean you are using BranchDaily incorrectly. We want to understand what happened.

Accessibility feedback

Tell us how we can improve

If something is difficult to read, understand, reach, or complete, please let us know. Accessibility feedback helps us improve BranchDaily.

When contacting us, it may help to include the page or feature you were using, what you were trying to do, what made it difficult, your device and browser, and any assistive technology involved.

Contact BranchDaily

We will review accessibility feedback and make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or another way to access the information or feature.
